Four capabilities that make quality verifiable.

AviTerm does more than call an AI to translate. The chain of an enforced termbase, QA run in code, expert review and bilingual reports turns specialist translation from a gamble into something measurable and defensible.

An enforced, expert-approved termbase

At the heart of AviTerm is a set of aviation terminology approved by experts before the engine is allowed to use it. Only terms in the approved state enter the translation prompt; draft terms have no effect on the result. Alongside it is a do-not-translate (DNT) list for document numbers, codes and proper names.

  • Only status='approved' terms are used – drafts never reach the translation.
  • A clear priority order: Glossary > DNT > document brief > style.
  • The termbase is shared across the whole organization; update it in one place and it applies to every document.

Code-based QA that auto-repairs in one pass

After translation, a rule engine running in code inspects each type of error: missing mandatory terminology, mismatched numbers, dropped placeholders, untranslated segments, and Vietnamese typography issues. Errors are auto-repaired in one pass; anything the machine is unsure of is clearly flagged for a human to review.

  • Catches missing terms, wrong numbers, misplaced placeholders and skipped segments – deterministic, not subjective.
  • One-pass auto-repair, with the token cost borne by the platform, never charged to your quota.
  • Every remaining issue goes into a per-segment QA report for you to decide on.

Expert review (MTPE) when you need a seal of trust

For regulatory submissions, a QA-passed machine translation may still need an expert's eye. Aviation experts review each segment on top of the machine QA, recording every edit, giving you a translation you can submit with confidence.

  • Experts review on top of the QA results, focusing on terminological and legal risk.
  • A per-segment review log – transparent and traceable.
  • A paid add-on, quoted per document, suited to submissions to state regulatory authorities.

QA report and bilingual comparison table

You don't just get the translated file. It comes with a QA report that spells out what was checked, what was fixed and what still needs a look, plus a per-segment source-to-target bilingual comparison table. This is a package you can use for regulatory submissions or exchanges with partners.

  • Returns your original DOCX/PPTX, with only the text translated.
  • Per-segment bilingual table, exported as CSV in UTF-8 with BOM (opens in Excel).
  • A transparent QA report: what was checked, what was fixed, what still needs human review.
